Using Google Apps

Creating a shared MARKS Assignment Comments document

1. Login in to your 7 Oaks School Division Google Account (login instructions here )

Login link: google.com/a/connect.7oaks.org

 

2. Choose the Drive menu from the menu choices

 

3. Click the Create button and choose Document

 

4. Create a document looking similiar to below.
You can choose different fonts types, colours, size, etc.

 

5. Change the Name of the document, click 'unititled document' at the top left, change
the name to MARKS yourloginname e.g. MARKS Terry.Brown

 

6. Share the document with me, Click the SHARE button on the top right ,
enter my google apps address: paul.stewart@connect.7oaks.org

 

7. You can now signout of your Google Apps account.
